1. Expanding the Organization: Enhance the structure by adding more departments to address the future career planning needs of high school students and the overall development of Taiwanese society.

3. Securing Space and Improving Equipment: As a technical-oriented academic field, the College of Arts requires adequate space and superior equipment to facilitate teaching and learning activities.
4. Cross-Disciplinary Integration and Resource Sharing: Integrate specialized courses across departments to cultivate comprehensive artistic literacy among students and leverage both internal and external artistic resources to invigorate independent learning spaces for students.
